A little about me

I am a wife and mother of 4. I’ve been able to be a stay-at-home parent for the past 19 years. In the midst of all the parenting chaos, I have always made time for the creative pursuits that I enjoy. My husband and I have owner built 2 homes together, which means we’ve also designed and installed 2 yards. Gardening has become one of my greatest loves and I thoroughly enjoy helping others create beautiful spaces of their own. When my youngest was 2, I found a stained glass class locally and decided to try something new. I had no idea how much I would enjoy the whole process of creating a stained glass piece. I love seeing the final piece come to life after all the hard work of designing and building it. Sewing has also been a great outlet for me for many years. I made lots of clothing for my kids as they were young and finally was brave enough to start sewing for myself and others. I’ve discovered lots of tricks to make garment fitting simple and easy and love to help others find the joy of creating a unique piece of clothing. This website is where I can put all these interests of mine together.
